These Terms of Service govern your use of eCalendar. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use eCalendar.

Using eCalendar

You may use eCalendar to manage your availability and accept appointments from your clients. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to send unwanted messages, or to interfere with the operation of the service.

Plans and billing

Some features of eCalendar require a paid plan. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information you add to eCalendar, including your services, availability, and client details. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to collect and store that information.

Service availability

We aim to keep eCalendar available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free. We may update or change features from time to time.

Termination

You may stop using eCalendar and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

eCalendar is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
